Green Bottle Flower Display
Sticking with the theme of sea blues and greens, I found these delightful pictures from the Go Green photoshoot at Brides.com in which green bottles are used to display flowers and plants. The concept is so simple and yet very eye catching. In an earlier post, I wrote about using jars for floral arrangements and similarly, wine bottles is another variation of this idea. I haven’t decided whether to use old vintage bottles for a sea worn effect or whether to go for a contemporary look and use new bottles such as in this display. Either way, I think I am sold on using glass for an ocean wedding theme, not only because the colours are the same but seaglass is a very common treasure found on our beaches.
