I am so excited to share with you these beautiful rustic wedding cake stands. They are featured in the DIY Weddings section of the sumptious wedding blog which I have now realised I cannot do with out, Once Wed. Such a simple idea and yet still original. Instructions can be found here.

These similar themed cake stands, also featured on Once Wed are a tempting variation. They could have a number of different uses, for example, just to elevate centerpieces on the tables or below bowls of food, etc. I just love how the different types of bark compliment each other. This is the main feature for me. It’s letting nature do the talking.
